About the role

This position is built around a hands-on, flexible approach: you will not be assigned to a single department. Instead, you’ll move across the resort and support several teams so guests receive a consistently enjoyable experience.

The work is varied from day to day. Mondays and Fridays are set aside for cleaning guest accommodation, while the remainder of the week may include work in sports and activities, restaurants, quick-serve food outlets, buffets, bars, shops, or the fairground. At times, you may be asked to support more than one area during the same shift.

This role can also open the door to apprenticeship pathways. Available options include Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 apprenticeship training courses. Details can be discussed during recruitment if you are interested.

What the team is looking for

The ideal candidate is upbeat, enjoys teamwork, likes learning new skills, and is comfortable taking on different tasks. Previous experience is not required. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, a willingness to get involved, and a real focus on guest satisfaction matter most.

You will receive a structured 90-day induction and a buddy to help you settle in. For anyone aiming for a career in hospitality, this role offers practical experience across highly guest-facing parts of the resort.

Applicants with any of the following qualifications are also encouraged to apply: FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence qualification.

Working pattern and other details

• This is a full-time position.
• Working hours are 30 to 35 per week, spread across 5 days out of 7.
• Evening shifts and weekend work are part of the schedule.
• Live-in accommodation may be available for people who are moving to the area.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
