About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Striker (Field Sales Representative) to own a defined territory in the Perth Metro area. In this role, you will manage relationships across corporate, independent retail, grocery, and P&C accounts, while ensuring Red Bull products are widely available and presented to the brand’s standards. The position is focused on achieving strong in-store execution, growing distribution, and representing the Red Bull brand with professionalism.

What you will do

• Take full responsibility for a designated geographic territory and work toward key sales targets and performance measures.
• Build productive relationships with third-party partners to create joint success across the territory.
• Use effective selling techniques to support the Red Bull MVP mindset and brand values.
• Plan and complete all assigned customer visits across the territory at the right frequency.
• Expand distribution width and depth among current customers while developing opportunities in non-traditional channels.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and new leads to increase Red Bull’s in-store presence.
• Drive “Perfect Store” execution, including cold can and cashier placement across all channels.
• Improve product availability and shelf space by applying category insights.
• Presell and execute displays aligned with major promotional periods for both corporate and independent accounts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience is required; FMCG experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well with a range of stakeholders.
• Confident selling ability, including negotiation and handling objections, along with solid commercial judgement.
• Excellent organisation, strong attention to detail, and comfort working independently as well as in a team.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced capability in Excel.
• A full and valid driver’s licence is essential.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
