About the Role

7-Eleven is seeking a part-time Store Crew member for its Dawson Creek, British Columbia location. This is an entry-level retail role designed to offer flexible scheduling while supporting the day-to-day operation of the store. The position centers on customer service, store upkeep, transaction handling, and, for some foodservice assignments, food preparation and food safety practices.

Key Duties

• Handle cash, process fuel transactions, and support other routine checkout activities.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times.
• Restock merchandise and help maintain product availability.
• Prepare food items and follow foodservice safety standards where required.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service during every shift.
• Promote the loyalty and rewards program to shoppers.

What You Need to Bring

• A strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and customer-ready store.
• The ability to prepare and present food correctly, including coffee service.
• Confidence with cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Respect for health-code and food-safety requirements.
• The ability to multitask and to repeatedly bend, stand, and reach during shifts.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is helpful but not required.

Pay and Hiring Details

The posted hourly pay range for this role is 18.00 to 24.12. The company notes that actual compensation may vary and that bonuses, commissions, long-term incentives, and benefits are offered at the company’s discretion and in line with applicable policies and law.
