Role overview

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is looking for a part-time Spa Receptionist at its West Loop location in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for spa guests and club members, helping create a welcoming, polished, and professional experience from arrival through departure. The position calls for strong customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-friendly environment.

What you will do

Receive members and guests warmly and greet them by name whenever possible to set a positive tone.
Keep the spa front desk and tanning areas, where applicable, neat, clean, and well organized.
Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately with courtesy and professionalism.
Work with spa staff to organize appointments and support smooth scheduling.
Take care of payment processing accurately and efficiently.
Place reminder and confirmation calls so clients stay informed about their bookings.
Explain Recovery Lounge services, including benefits and precautions, and help clients choose products and services that fit their needs.
Respond to member questions and concerns and assist other departments when extra support is needed.

Compensation

The pay for this part-time position is $16.60 per hour.
