We are looking for a ServiceNow professional who can support and improve critical enterprise systems by identifying issues, resolving incidents, and keeping business applications running smoothly. The role combines application support with hands-on ServiceNow delivery, and it also emphasizes an AI-first approach for building modern solutions with Generative AI and Agentic AI.
What you will do
- Design and deliver AI-led solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to solve business problems and automate workflows.
- Work across multiple system components to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Support incident handling and service request fulfillment processes.
- Monitor systems proactively to maintain application reliability and performance.
- Document fixes, resolutions, and support knowledge for wider team use.
- Participate actively in team discussions and help shape practical solutions to work-related challenges.
- Communicate with stakeholders regularly to understand priorities and provide progress updates.
- Contribute to best practices for application support and service management.
Skills and knowledge expected
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM or ITOM, along with a solid understanding of ITIL-based service management. You should be comfortable with incident management, service request handling, analytical troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving. The role also calls for experience or strong familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks, with the ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes in a scalable and responsible way.
Eligibility and experience
