  • Coordinate with Recruiting and hiring partners on interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics.
  • Handle monthly expense reporting for both executives, including collecting receipts and reconciling submissions.
  • Step in to support other executive assistants when needed and take on special projects or ad hoc tasks for the wider CRO organization.
