Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

Role overview

Team Management Services (TMS) is looking for a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to support growth in HR consulting and contract staffing. This role is suited to someone with prior sales or business development experience who can bring in new clients, nurture relationships, and help shape expansion plans.

Location and schedule

The position is based in Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai. Work is from Monday to Saturday, with the 3rd and 4th Saturdays off. Working hours are 09:30 A.M. to 06:30 P.M.

Key responsibilities

You will be expected to identify new business opportunities, build a strong client pipeline, and support the company’s growth in HR consulting and staffing services. The role also involves handling client communication, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with leadership to execute business plans.

Experience and qualification details

The employer is seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. A graduate degree is required for this role.

Additional information

This opportunity is open only to candidates from Mumbai who already have at least 1 year of experience. The selected candidate should also be willing to travel across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and the Mumbai suburbs.
