We are hiring a meticulous and strategically minded Risk Analyst for our Dubai office. This position requires strong fluency in Arabic and English and involves working closely with internal teams to identify risks, strengthen compliance, and support organizational change efforts. What you will do

• Take ownership of the company risk register, keeping it current, well structured, and complete across operational, financial, and strategic risk areas.
• Support change initiatives by evaluating how updates to processes, systems, and organizational structures could affect risk exposure and business continuity.
• Serve as an internal advisor to cross-functional teams on risk controls, mitigation approaches, and practical governance methods.
• Review complex data to spot new risk patterns and prepare clear reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders in both English and Arabic when needed.
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture by facilitating workshops and training sessions that improve compliance understanding across the business.

Qualifications

• Professional or native-level proficiency in both Arabic and English, in writing and speaking, is mandatory for documentation and stakeholder communication.
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in Risk Management, Risk Advisory, or Management Consulting.
