The team focuses on requirements management for new vehicle functions and participates in forward-looking programs such as the ID. EVERY1 and other future vehicle concepts. This role offers broad exposure to how requirements are gathered, evaluated, and organized, forming the basis for contemporary system and component development. Working closely with multiple specialist teams, you will get direct insight into the technical challenges and solutions used in the automotive sector. You will also become familiar with the methods, workflows, and software that support the creation of connected and software-defined vehicles. Possible Tasks

• Learn the essentials of requirements management and Codebeamer, with emphasis on the methods, workflows, and core capabilities used in vehicle development projects.
• Draft, categorize, and maintain precise, testable system requirements within Codebeamer.
• Assist with Codebeamer administration by supporting tool usage, setup, and the upkeep of workflows and artifacts.
• Review interdependencies and maintain consistent trace links through traceability assessments.
• Prepare concise training materials and documentation that explain Codebeamer features and recommended practices.

Qualification Requirements

• Applicants should be students, including those on a gap year, with strong to excellent academic results in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• A solid analytical grasp of system structures, dependencies, and requirements is needed.
• Interest in traceability, dependency analysis, and Codebeamer is expected; initial hands-on exposure is an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Office is required for producing structured documentation, learning materials, and reports.
• German and English should both be at B2 level.
• The role calls for a strong willingness to learn, a well-organized and independent working style, and good collaboration skills.
