Role Overview
This is a remote recruiting contract based in the United States. The role is geared toward a seasoned recruiter who can manage high-volume hiring while partnering with stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
You will handle end-to-end recruiting work, with emphasis on sourcing talent directly, engaging candidates through outreach, and supporting hiring needs for AI engineering positions. The position also calls for experience working in agency or consulting recruiting settings.
Key Background and Working Style
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using applicant tracking systems, with Workday preferred, and should be familiar with AI and automation tools. Success in this role requires an agile approach, strong executive-level communication, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Additional Experience Preferences
Experience recruiting for Strategy& roles is considered an advantage. The hiring team is also looking for someone who brings a data-informed, strategic, and solution-focused mindset, along with confidence in negotiation.
Experience and Education
Candidates should bring 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. The minimum education requirement is a high school diploma.
