About the Role

Richmond Properties is seeking a polished and friendly Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for clients and guests at its Dubai office. This position suits someone who is well organised, approachable, and comfortable in a busy office setting.

In this role, you will help shape a strong first impression for visitors while also assisting with routine office administration and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional way.
• Handle incoming calls and route enquiries to the right person or department.
• Organise meeting room reservations and support meeting setup when needed.
• Receive, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Keep the reception desk and office frontage neat, organised, and presentable.
• Support the sales and management teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assist with office coordination duties and document handling.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good people skills.
• A professional presentation and a service-oriented attitude.
• Good organisation, time management, and the ability to handle several tasks at once.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving office environment.
