Role overview
This opening is for a Senior Project Manager to lead one or more medium to large staff augmentation projects. The role focuses on delivering products or transformation initiatives through multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing client relationships, improving project results, and supporting team growth across multiple geographies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee job performance by guiding, supporting, and, when needed, addressing employee conduct while ensuring company policies, systems, and procedures are followed.
- Build retention by fostering a dependable, communicative environment and creating meaningful engagement and growth opportunities for team members.
- Assess and improve billable utilization, plan team capacity, and forecast project profitability with a strategic approach.
- Support financial targets by forecasting outcomes, managing spending schedules, reviewing variances, and taking corrective action when required.
- Spot upselling and growth opportunities within existing client relationships and create value for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strengthen organizational performance and efficiency by supporting strategic plans and technology implementation efforts.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
- Background in the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Based in Europe.
