Role overview

  • Maintaining project schedules within the company ERP system
  • Joining internal and customer review meetings and preparing minutes and action lists

  • Preparing project documents and email drafts for customers and internal teams when needed
  • Leading internal meetings
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager
  • Tracking and consolidating project risks
  • Preparing monthly contract review information for discussion

Requirements
