Production Technician - Hamilton

Role overview

PERSOL is seeking experienced Production Technicians to join a manufacturing setting in Hamilton that places strong emphasis on quality. This position is well suited to people with experience in pharmaceutical work, GMP environments, food-grade or dairy production, nutraceuticals, FMCG, chemical blending, packing, filling, or machine operation.

What you will do

The role is hands-on and focused on day-to-day production support.

• Run and monitor production equipment.
• Carry out filling, packing, mixing, and blending tasks as required.
• Work to standard operating procedures and complete batch documentation accurately.
• Perform quality inspections and checks during production.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the work area.
• Help the team meet output and production goals.
