Role Overview

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for several production operators to join a busy manufacturing team at the Nambour factory on the Sunshine Coast. The positions sit across Production and Blow Moulding and are suited to experienced operators who can contribute from day one.

The work environment is fast-moving and quality-focused, with an emphasis on safe, efficient output. Successful candidates will be practical, team-oriented, and comfortable with shift work and overtime when required.

What You Bring

You should have strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability, good communication skills, and a solid grasp of GMP and HACCP principles. Good numeracy and literacy are also important for this role.

Experience with SAP will be an advantage, and additional qualifications in warehousing or food processing would be beneficial. You’ll also need to be adaptable, detail-focused, and able to build positive working relationships across the business.
