Role Summary
The Pricing Lead will oversee pricing execution and day-to-day pricing strategy across assigned business units, product groups, or regions. The role is responsible for coordinating pricing governance, driving tactical pricing initiatives, preparing recommendations, and guiding analysts and related pricing workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage pricing execution and governance activities.
- Drive pricing projects and tactical initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Assist in building and putting pricing strategies into action.
- Set priorities for analysts and ensure workflows and outputs stay on track.
- Work closely with commercial teams to support pricing decisions.
- Spot opportunities to improve pricing performance and related operations.
- Ensure pricing activities follow policies, controls, and compliance standards.
- Track pricing KPIs and analyze performance trends.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Between 6 and 8 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or commercial finance.
- Background in leading projects or small teams.
- Strong capability in strategic thinking and data analysis.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced hands-on experience with pricing tools, SAP, SQL, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage both immediate execution needs and longer-term priorities.
- MBA is preferred.

Working Conditions
- This is an office-based position in a standard professional environment.
- Some extended working hours may be needed during pricing projects or initiatives.
- Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
