About the role

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the Pricing Desk Department in Winnipeg. Reporting to the Pricing Desk Manager and Country Procurement, this position acts as a key link between customers, transportation vendors, and internal operations on pricing matters.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare pricing for DSV products and services, including spot quotations, by following department rules, reviewing profitability, and applying tariffs when relevant.
  • Assess the right price levels for air and sea transport using internal data, external market information, and customer requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for Sales, clients, and Operations when pricing questions arise.
  • Spot opportunities to strengthen pricing performance and account profitability by reviewing shipment volume and revenue trends.
  • Monitor market movements and competitor pricing approaches, then recommend tactical or strategic pricing responses.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with transportation vendors for individual shipments or lanes as needed.
  • Set up and maintain customer rates in CargoWise One.
  • Work with Operations to resolve auto-rating issues in CargoWise One when necessary.
  • Provide guidance, support, or training to less experienced members of the pricing team when required.

What we’re looking for
