Role Overview

Parcion Private Wealth is seeking an Operations, Technology & Compliance Analyst to support the firm’s day-to-day work across operations, technology, business systems, and compliance. This position plays an important part in strengthening internal processes, improving efficiency, supporting automation and AI adoption, and helping maintain regulatory readiness.

The role partners with leaders across the business to enhance workflows, improve employee enablement, and contribute to a scalable operating model. It also supports the firm’s operational foundation and compliance program while reflecting Parcion’s culture and core values in everyday work.

Compensation and Schedule

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and designations.

Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The company offers flexibility for hybrid work after an initial onboarding period, typically about 6 months, or sooner with management approval.

This is a full-time, exempt position.

Technology, Systems and Innovation

  • Act as the main administrator and in-house expert for the firm’s technology platforms and business systems.
  • Promote broader use and continuous improvement of internal technology tools across the organization.
  • Work with department leaders to uncover opportunities for automation, better workflows, and stronger operational efficiency.
  • Encourage responsible use of AI and new technologies to help employees work more productively and deliver better client outcomes.
  • Assist with reviewing, implementing, and launching new systems, tools, and integrations.
  • Keep system documentation, process maps, and operating standards current and usable for future scaling.
  • Serve as a bridge between employees, technology vendors, and outside IT partners to resolve issues quickly and maintain system performance.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and operational insights that help guide decision-making.

Operations and Business Process Management

  • Support efficient, scalable operations through process design, execution, and ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with Advisory, Client Service, Investments, Planning, Marketing, and People Operations teams to improve workflows and employee experience.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects from planning through implementation using structured project management methods.
  • Help develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures across departments.
  • Assist with tracking operational KPIs and key business initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including technology access, equipment handling, and overall readiness.
  • Support vendor relationships and operational partnerships, escalating issues and opportunities when needed.
  • Help with office administration and facilities-related issues, while maintaining a professional relationship with building management.
  • Encourage a mindset of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Compliance

  • Work with the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Finance & Operations to support the firm’s compliance program and regulatory duties.
  • Coordinate recurring compliance testing, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Assist with oversight activities related to cybersecurity, privacy, books and records, marketing review, and the Code of Ethics.
  • Support investment compliance work such as best execution reviews, trade error monitoring, due diligence, and client restriction checks.
  • Use outsourced compliance support to help keep regulatory requirements current and properly implemented.
  • Maintain compliance records, testing documentation, and process updates.
  • Support regulatory exams, audits, and ongoing improvements to the compliance program.

Culture and Team Support

  • Represent and support Parcion’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees needing help with operational or technology issues.
  • Assist with front-office operations and client meeting coordination when needed.
  • Help create a positive employee experience through responsiveness, teamwork, and a service-focused approach.
