We are hiring an organized, detail-focused Admin Coordinator to support store operations. The position centers on handling administrative work tied to labor matters and day-to-day store coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and organize administrative activities connected to store operations.
- Oversee labor-related costs, including visa and EID expenses, in line with company rules.
- Monitor compliance with the health insurance coverage and transportation benefits provided by the company.
- Arrange annual leave and vacation planning according to UAE Labor Law requirements.
Qualifications
- Well-developed organizational and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in an administrative position is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law is considered a plus.
