NPD Technologist

Overview

Sofina Foods Europe is hiring an NPD Technologist to join its team in Tullamore. The position sits within the new product development function and supports the launch of products that align with customer needs while helping strengthen the brand.

What You Will Do

• Assist the team with project-related tasks, day-to-day administration, and routine housekeeping duties.
• Prepare product samples for internal tastings, reviews, and customer-facing presentations.
• Plan and coordinate line trials, along with arranging sample distribution.
• Help maintain high standards in food hygiene, food handling, and workplace health and safety.
• Develop effective working relationships with colleagues in R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement.
• Contribute to both new product development and ongoing product improvement work.
• Work within agreed timelines and established procedures to help deliver projects successfully.
• Keep project records and documentation accurate and up to date.
