Micro Site Manager Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Microbiologist to lead our micro-site operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise, particularly within sterile environments, and a deep understanding of Annex 1 Containment Control Strategy. While leadership experience is beneficial, strong technical acumen is paramount for this position. This is a fully onsite role, with a potential for one day of remote work per week specifically for documentation tasks, subject to approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead micro-site operations with a focus on technical excellence.
• Oversee and guide a team of 7-8 direct reports, emphasizing technical development and support.
• Ensure strict adherence to Annex 1 Containment Control Strategy guidelines.
• Manage and implement containment control strategies within the micro-site.
• Contribute to the technical documentation and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a Microbiologist.
• Proven strong technical knowledge in microbiology, preferably with a background in sterile environments.
• In-depth understanding and practical application of Annex 1 Containment Control Strategy are mandatory.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively manage documentation tasks.

Additional Information

This is a fully onsite position. However, there is a possibility for one day of remote work per week dedicated to documentation, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
