Role overview
The Media Executive will work closely with the Senior Media Executive and Media Planner to support the planning, execution, and reporting of digital media campaigns across social and search channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Media Executive and Media Planner with campaign planning and performance reporting.
- Support end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, creative coordination, pacing, and delivery checks.
- Run campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, as well as search platforms including Google Ads and Apple Search.
- Partner with the Finance Operations team on monthly reconciliations and related finance tasks.
- Review campaign performance and suggest optimizations to strengthen results.
- Prepare reports and collaborate with the Reporting team on dashboard development.
- Support the implementation of tracking solutions and help diagnose and fix tracking issues when needed.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered in line with client goals and KPI targets.
- Assist in building tailored analyses and presentation materials for clients.
- Keep documentation accurate, easy to access, and well organized.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with good interpersonal ability.
- Prior exposure to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer is an advantage.
- Ability to build productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle several projects at once.
- Comfort with analyzing results and explaining differences between actual performance and targets.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work to demanding deadlines.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Interest in a fast-moving, constantly changing industry.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn, contribute, and grow within the wider agency.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, technology, and current industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
