Management Trainee

Enterprise Mobility is looking to bring in talent right away for its Management Training Program in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Role summary

As a Management Trainee, you will begin learning the business from your first day while working from one of the neighborhood branches. The role combines customer-facing responsibilities with back-end operational work, preparing you to eventually lead your own branch, bring in new business, and guide a team.

You will learn in a structured, hands-on environment with coaching and support, while also building local relationships that help strengthen business growth in the community.

The compensation and benefits package includes targeted first-year annual earnings of $53,996, paid time off starting at 12 days per year, health, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on rentals and car purchases, and a retirement savings plan with company match plus profit sharing.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university, or an international degree recognized by World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Preferred academic backgrounds include BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or a related discipline.

Candidates need at least 6 months of combined experience or involvement in one or more of the following areas: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality; or leadership through military service, athletics/team activities, clubs, or organizations.

A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license is required, along with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last three years. Applicants must also have no drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.

Only individuals who are authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future can be considered. The role typically does not fall under an eligible NOC for permanent residency purposes in Canada. Candidates must also be at least 18 years old.
