About the Role

Concept Plus is hiring a Learning Systems Analyst to deliver technical and operational support for the rollout, upkeep, and ongoing stabilization of learning and training products for a client. The role supports a broad catalog of online courses, credentials, certifications, playlists, simulations, and microlearning resources delivered through the Cornerstone OnDemand learning management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, refresh, and remove courses and credentials as needed.
  • Build and update playlists, including recurring revisions and content adjustments.
  • Upload learning materials, verify accuracy, and test functionality.
  • Support LMS patches, software releases, and platform upgrades through testing.
  • Administer user access levels, roles, and account permissions.
  • Handle Tier II support issues that are escalated from Tier I or other sources.
  • Respond to questions from faculty members, staff, and program partners.
  • Assist with 175 to 200 quarterly activities tied to product analysis, development, and revisions.
  • Support 150 to 200 quarterly maintenance and sustainment tasks.
  • Work within defined workflows, quality checks, and escalation paths.
  • Contribute to the long-term sustainment of learning assets and related systems, including upgrades, implementation efforts, and daily operations.
  • Create and maintain operational records such as SOPs, workflows, and configuration logs.
  • Help develop job aids, user manuals, instructional videos, FAQs, and knowledge-base content.
  • Assist with data gathering and analysis for issue tracking, metrics, and dashboard/report enhancements.
  • Prepare required reports and respond to recurring data requests.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and/or keep a government security clearance.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting complex learning or training initiatives with customers or stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams (preferably Teams for Education), SharePoint, ServiceNow, Qlik, and current web browsers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working with faculty and staff in higher education.
