Role overview
This is a full-time, permanent laundry position based in Garden Suburb, New South Wales. The roster runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:00.
About the workplace
You’ll be joining a warm and supportive aged care community in Garden Suburb, set in the bushland surroundings of Lake Macquarie. The site has three households, including a secure environment for residents living with dementia or mental health concerns. The team’s focus is on helping residents enjoy life with dignity, comfort, and meaning every day.
What the role involves
In this position, you will provide hotel-style support services to residents in an aged care setting. Your work will contribute to their independence, dignity, and day-to-day comfort through tasks across catering, cleaning, and laundry.

Experience and background
A Certificate II in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification is preferred. Experience in laundry, cleaning, kitchen work, or community care would be an advantage.
