Its headquarters are in Adelaide, Australia, and it serves clients and maintains offices across Asia Pacific and EMEA.
Role Overview
The company is seeking experienced IT engineers to provide onsite support for service requests in New Zealand. This is a dispatch-style, ticket-based role that may operate on an on-call, freelance, part-time, or casual basis.
Work locations include Renwick, Blenheim, and other sites in New Zealand. Support is expected on an SBD or NBD basis, or whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
You will deliver onsite technical assistance and help maintain a strong customer experience while resolving day-to-day IT issues.
- Offer desktop support and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms.
- Carry out operating system installations and device re-imaging.
- Assist with troubleshooting in LAN and WAN environments.
- Configure and support routers, switches, and related network equipment.
- Respond quickly to service requests and technical incidents.
- Record support actions and resolutions according to internal procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams and client contacts to keep operations running smoothly.
Work Requirements
The role calls for solid IT support experience, the ability to work on-site when needed, and clear communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable handling ticket-based support and collaborating with clients professionally.
Business English and the local language are required for effective communication.
