Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Manager to support a premium café business in Doha, Qatar. This position is focused on people operations for F&B and retail café environments, with responsibility for building strong teams and maintaining high standards across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle hiring for café operations, support roles, and management-level positions.
• Work closely with the Operations team to develop teams that are engaged and centered on customer experience.
• Take charge of employee relations, performance reviews, and broader talent development efforts.
• Manage onboarding, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Make sure HR practices align with Qatar Labor Law and internal company policies.
• Oversee employee records, visa processing, QID renewals, and general HR administration.
• Track key HR indicators such as hiring activity, attrition, retention, and labor expenses.
• Promote a workplace culture built on high standards, ownership, and premium guest service.

Mandatory Experience

The right candidate must bring strong background in F&B or retail café operations. This role is for a premium café chain with high-end outlets across Qatar.
