About the Role

ZARA HOME is preparing to open a new store in Dundrum, Dublin, and this position offers the chance to help launch the brand in Ireland from day one. The successful candidate will shape the customer journey, guide the team, and help establish the store standard in a brand-new location.

What the Role Involves

As General Manager, you will oversee the store with composure and confidence, making sure customers and team members feel supported, motivated, and at ease. You will maintain dependable standards across the store, keep visual merchandising at a high level, and help create a leadership team that is present, steady, and closely connected to daily operations.

The role calls for someone who can manage customer experience, commercial priorities, and people leadership in a retail environment that moves quickly.

• Run the store with visible leadership, clear direction, and consistency.
• Deliver a customer experience that feels personal, calm, and welcoming.
• Maintain strong standards in service, operations, and visual display.
• Develop a stable leadership team that is active on the shop floor and supportive of the wider store team.
• Encourage attention to detail, from product presentation through to customer interactions.

• Apply commercial and operational judgement to support performance.
• Adopt digital tools and help the team use them effectively and confidently.
