Role Summary

This part-time, remote Executive Vice President position is responsible for setting strategic direction across True Care, Pod Health, and Andreas Angels. The role works closely with senior leadership to strengthen organizational performance, shape and track strategic goals, and support growth, care quality, and operational effectiveness. Core work includes long-range planning, evaluation of financial and operational results, leadership of major initiatives, and ensuring that day-to-day execution stays aligned with the mission of serving underserved communities. The position also contributes to partnership building, engagement with stakeholders, and adherence to applicable healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level leadership across multiple entities within the organization.
• Develop, refine, and monitor strategic objectives and long-term plans.
• Review financial and operational performance to support informed decision-making.
• Drive initiatives that improve organizational growth, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to ensure alignment with mission and business priorities.
• Support relationship-building with partners, stakeholders, and external collaborators.
• Help ensure compliance with healthcare-related standards, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare, community services, or a similar field, with evidence of strategic planning and business growth.
• Strong command of budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management for multi-entity operations.
• Background in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Comfort working remotely while managing several priorities and making decisions based on data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly to varied audiences.
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulations, and quality expectations in community-based care environments.
• Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and support for underserved communities.
• Advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related area is preferred; equivalent substantial experience may be accepted instead.
