Role overview
Peoples Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to support several C-suite leaders from its Toronto office. This position blends transactional and operational administrative work, acting as the key connection point between executives and both internal and external contacts. The role calls for strong planning, discretion, and the ability to stay a step ahead so daily operations run smoothly.
Key duties
- Deliver day-to-day administrative and operational support to multiple senior executives.
- Serve as the central contact for communication between executives and stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Keep calendars organized proactively and arrange meetings efficiently.
- Plan leadership meetings and team events from start to finish.
- Coordinate travel, prepare itineraries, and manage related logistics.
- Design and maintain practical systems and workflows that improve executive productivity.
- Anticipate priorities and needs before they arise to support seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role supporting upper management directly.
- A bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Strong organizational ability and excellent time management.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, including the MS Office suite.
- Comfort using video conferencing platforms and related software.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- High standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to think critically and stay ahead of needs.
Work location and schedule
This role is based out of the Toronto office. Candidates applying from outside the commuting area must be willing to relocate and live within reasonable travel distance of the office. The work arrangement is hybrid, combining office and home-based work. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with some flexibility in start and finish times.

The annual salary for this role is expected to be between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. A discretionary profit share opportunity is also available.
