About the Role
Turner & Townsend is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support business leaders as a result of growth following a merger. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based in Greater Dublin. The company focuses on delivering strong outcomes for clients, helping employees grow, and contributing to a thriving society. Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and coordinate meetings.
- Plan and organize meetings and workshops.
- Set up, improve, and maintain administrative procedures and systems.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, reports, minutes, and board-level documents.
- Prepare and update Excel-based reports, including gathering and processing data.
- Provide general personal administrative support such as filing, scanning, and printing.
- Arrange travel, handle expenses, and manage email and calendar activity.
- Respond to queries and requests.
- Record meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Raise purchase orders when required.
- Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a busy professional setting.
- Ability to handle the needs of several stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Self-driven, independent, and proactive working style.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a positive, flexible, can-do approach.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills for working with both internal and external contacts.
- Excellent prioritization, organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with careful attention to accuracy and detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
