Role overview
This is a full-time, in-office Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant position in Abu Dhabi. The role is centered on supporting executives with day-to-day administrative coordination, scheduling, communication, and follow-through.
What you will do
You will keep executive schedules organized, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel and appointments. You will also prepare documents and presentations, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate files and records.
In addition, you will help keep office operations running smoothly, serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, and make sure tasks and follow-ups are completed within the required timelines.
Role expectations
The position requires a high level of discretion, the ability to juggle several priorities at once, and a proactive approach to supporting executive productivity.
Qualifications and skills
The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in personal assistance and executive administration, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable managing diaries, organizing meetings, and handling clerical work such as documentation, filing, and data entry.
You will also need to work accurately under pressure, maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally, and use standard office tools such as email, calendars, word processing software, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
A relevant administrative or business qualification, or equivalent experience in an executive support role, is expected.
