Role overview
A leading global hedge fund is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within Human Capital. This position is suited to someone who is polished, quick-thinking, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a demanding investment-firm setting.
What you'll be doing
- Manage complex calendars for executives and keep schedules running smoothly.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and track expense reports accurately.
- Carry out research and handle a variety of administrative follow-through tasks.
- Plan and organize dinners, meetings, and events.
- Serve as a dependable partner and extension of the executive team.
Experience and tools
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of hands-on support experience in a fast-moving investment or similar professional environment. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce CRM, and Concur is required.
Education requirement
A bachelor’s degree is required, and applicants should have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Compensation
Base pay is listed at $125,000 to $150,000, with a generous bonus opportunity.
