Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Carrickmore for an Electrical Supervisor who will oversee electrical maintenance and installation work. The job involves organising daily work, guiding electrical technicians, and making sure tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required standard.
Key Duties
The supervisor will review electrical equipment, diagnose faults, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist with commissioning new systems. They will also ensure work follows applicable electrical regulations, company procedures, and health and safety requirements, while keeping clear records and reports. In addition, the role includes dealing with clients, contractors, and internal teams to answer technical questions, solve issues, and help improve electrical operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should bring strong leadership ability, including managing teams, assigning tasks, and tracking performance. A valid 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification is required. An Inspection and Testing qualification is desirable, though not mandatory. Good communication, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong safety awareness are also important. Experience leading electrical teams in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial settings would be an advantage.
