Role overview
JAM Event Services is seeking a Seasonal Document & Technology Controller to support JAM Safety in Dubai. The position carries two core responsibilities in equal measure: maintaining the quality and compliance of safety-related documentation, and overseeing the department’s bespoke operations platform so it runs accurately for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and staff.
The role involves turning client briefs into workable scopes, arranging the right people to produce the required paperwork, assisting with document creation, and checking every output for accuracy, compliance, and readiness for issue. On the systems side, the role acts as the platform controller, keeping workflows, access, data quality, and processing standards in order.
This position requires a strong practical grasp of event safety compliance in the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, together with hands-on event experience, so that all documentation can withstand regulatory scrutiny across those jurisdictions.
