About Guardoc
Guardoc is a mission-led healthtech startup focused on one of the healthcare sector’s most pressing problems: clinician burnout and the burden of administrative work. The company is developing an AI operating system for clinical risk mitigation that helps long-term care organizations catch errors in real time, reduce penalties, and let care teams concentrate on what matters most: delivering excellent patient care. Its goal is to help ensure that no patient is left behind.
Supported by leading investors and guided by experienced healthcare operators, Guardoc is expanding quickly at the intersection of artificial intelligence, regulation, and clinical operations.
The Opportunity
Guardoc is looking for a remote Customer Success Associate based in the United States to manage the full customer journey—from rollout and implementation through continued adoption and day-to-day use.
In this position, you will make sure customers realize clear, practical value from Guardoc by improving workflows, lowering friction, and supporting long-term behavior change. You will be responsible for successful implementations, product proficiency, usage levels, and customer satisfaction, while also acting as the internal advocate for end users across the company.
This is a high-impact role that works across functions and is ideal for someone who understands the realities of clinical operations and enjoys turning complicated workflows into repeatable, scalable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee customer implementations from preparation to launch, making sure each site is ready, aligned, and confident at go-live.
- Train frontline employees and leadership teams so they can adopt the platform early and use it correctly.
- Manage adoption and consistency metrics across customer accounts and sites.
- Track usage trends, spot declines or incorrect use, and step in proactively to restore the right workflow.
- Act as the main operational point of contact after implementation to resolve workflow issues and support ongoing enablement.
- Escalate broader product or process issues when needed and work with internal teams to address the root cause.
- Collect and organize customer feedback to uncover repeated pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent user needs while still supporting scale and standardization, and share insights with internal teams to improve the overall experience.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Operations, ideally in healthcare and/or healthcare SaaS. You should be comfortable working in clinical settings and speaking with nurses, DONs, CNOs, regional leaders, and frontline care teams.
The right candidate will have a strong track record of improving adoption, utilization, and behavior change in operational environments, along with the ability to manage complex workflows, staffing realities, and day-to-day clinical constraints. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through are essential. A user-focused mindset and a drive to help teams succeed are also important.
Core Principles
Every member of the Guardoc team is expected to fully embrace the company’s core principles.
- Passion & Mission Obsession: Bring energy and keep decisions grounded in the needs of customers and the mission.
- Team First, Zero Ego, No Politics: Put the team’s success ahead of individual agendas and support one another.
- Ownership & Accountability: Maintain high standards, honor commitments, and learn from every result.
- Radical Transparency & Integrity: Communicate honestly and let the strongest ideas prevail, regardless of origin.
- Bias for Action: Be self-directed, move quickly, and create practical solutions to problems.
How to Apply
Applicants are asked to send a resume along with a short paragraph explaining why they would be a strong fit for the role.
