The role
In this position, your focus will be on making the store experience smooth and welcoming for every customer. That means helping keep parking easy, ensuring trolleys are accessible, being available when support is needed, placing stock correctly, getting deliveries processed on time, and handling payments in a friendly way. While you help deliver great service, the company will also work to train, support, and develop you with opportunities to build your career in a practical, hands-on environment.
About you
You will be interacting with customers every day, so a consistently high standard of customer service is essential. Experience in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
