Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Creative Graphic Designer position in Ireland. The successful candidate will produce visual concepts and design materials for print, POS, packaging, signage, display, and branded promotional items. The role involves turning client briefs and brand guidelines into polished creative work, preparing artwork that is ready for production, and partnering with marketing, sales, and production teams to help campaigns move from concept to completion.

The position covers both graphic and structural design work, with a strong emphasis on creating visually effective solutions that are also practical to manufacture and aligned with client objectives. The role also requires handling several briefs at once, working to deadlines, responding to feedback, and following environmentally conscious design and production practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design assets for print, POS, packaging, signage, display, and promotional merchandise.
• Translate client briefs and brand standards into effective visual solutions.
• Prepare artwork files that are accurate and ready for production.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to deliver campaigns and projects.
• Contribute to both graphic design and structural design assignments.
• Ensure final outputs are visually strong, production-friendly, and commercially practical.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines.
• Revise and refine work based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Apply sustainable design and production awareness where relevant.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strength in graphic design, supported by working knowledge of standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Hands-on experience designing for print, POS, packaging, signage, and display, including production file preparation.
• Ability to read and apply brand guidelines and marketing briefs effectively.
• Good command of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of sustainable design concepts and an interest in environmentally responsible work practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• A qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in marketing, print, or promotional merchandise settings is an added advantage.
