Role Overview

Trade is hiring a voice-led Copywriter to create persuasive, brand-right writing across the full customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will shape the Trade voice through high-impact copy for paid campaigns, email, product storytelling, editorial content, and brand-led moments. The role blends creative thinking with conversion-minded execution, supporting growth while strengthening the brand for coffee enthusiasts who value quality and personality.

Key Responsibilities

You will write across paid media, email, direct mail, landing pages, organic social, and related channels. You will help define and protect Trade’s brand voice so it feels consistent and distinctive across both digital and physical experiences. Working with the Growth team, you will develop performance-focused copy that supports business goals without losing brand integrity. You will also partner with editorial and content colleagues to tell stories about roasters, coffees, and the community.

Additional work includes writing for campaigns, seasonal initiatives, product launches, and cultural moments.
