Role overview
AgeMate is looking for a creative Content Creator to join a high-performing marketing team. This role is designed for someone who wants room to learn, grow, and produce content with the support of a well-resourced team. You’ll be creating viral-ready social content in an environment that is energetic, collaborative, and far from corporate bureaucracy.
The position is a full-time hybrid role based in Cremorne, Melbourne, Victoria, with social and paid media content creation as the main focus. On-site presence is required as needed, with three days a week in the office and the flexibility to work from home on two days each week.

AgeMate is focused on helping people take on the negative effects of ageing through a product range of nutritional supplements intended to support healthy ageing and address age-related concerns.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for producing video content for social channels and paid media campaigns. The role includes filming with energetic older talent, editing engaging short-form videos, and creating content suited to platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, including posts, reels, and stories.
Required skills and experience
The ideal candidate should enjoy learning, growing, and working in a fast-moving ecommerce and wellness environment. Strong video filming and editing ability is essential, along with familiarity with social advertising formats and content styles.
