Community Manager & Operations Executive

About the Role

This role supports the launch and daily running of a premium coworking community in Raipur. It combines front-desk hospitality, workspace administration, event coordination, and community building for a vibrant professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the everyday functioning of the coworking location.
• Greet members, visitors, and guests while ensuring a polished customer experience.
• Manage bookings, enquiries, member onboarding, and related coordination.
• Take care of monthly billing, invoices, and membership renewals.
• Maintain records for occupancy and workspace usage.
• Arrange reservations for conference rooms, meeting rooms, and the podcast studio.
• Plan and execute weekly networking sessions, workshops, and community-building activities.
• Develop relationships with startups, business groups, colleges, and local partners.
• Work with vendors and support teams so operations run smoothly.
• Keep the premises tidy, welcoming, well-organized, and member-friendly at all times.

Profile We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a graduate from any discipline with strong spoken English and confident communication skills. A warm, energetic, and people-focused personality is important, along with the ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks. Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and social platforms such as Instagram and Facebook is preferred, as is comfort with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic billing or invoicing tools. Applicants should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership. An immediate joining date is preferred.

Compensation

The position offers a salary of ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and prior experience.
