Role overview
Join a customer experience and success organization focused on helping organizations realize more value from Microsoft technologies through strong technical engagement, trusted advisory, and customer-centered delivery. The team works across consulting, customer success, and support, with a mission to accelerate AI transformation and broader business outcomes for customers worldwide.
This role sits within a dedicated support team for mission-critical customers who run essential business applications on Microsoft technologies. The environment includes technically advanced clients such as banks, stock exchanges, and major public-sector organizations. The team supports multiple products and technologies through one shared group, giving you room to deepen expertise in your core area while also broadening your technical range and leadership influence.
You will work closely with high-profile customers and internal stakeholders to improve solution quality, resolve blockers, guide technical direction, and shape better customer outcomes. The role also involves contributing ideas, sharing knowledge, and mentoring others while operating in a culture built on growth, respect, integrity, accountability, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Collect customer and partner input on technical preferences, environments, business needs, and market context, then translate that insight into architecture and digital transformation recommendations that support business goals.
- Act as a customer advocate internally by surfacing feedback, insights, and resource needs to the right teams, including engineering, and by sharing success stories across the organization.
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, technical specialists, technical decision makers, and business stakeholders, and use those discussions to shape and validate solution designs.
- Assess business and technical requirements, design appropriate architectures, and prove their value through collaborative design sessions.
- Support customer readiness by facilitating technical discussions, improving operational health, and helping close skill gaps through knowledge transfer and advisory support.
- Coach teammates to keep the customer experience central and help define conditions for success for each engagement.
- Spot dissatisfaction or unmet needs early and take action to improve customer experience, value realization, and transformation progress.
- Challenge customers respectfully when a direction is not advisable, offering better alternatives and taking appropriate follow-up action.
- Identify risks, advise on Microsoft best practices, apply governance, and maintain quality standards while designing or delivering solutions.
- Escalate and help remove technical blockers so implementations and consumption can move forward faster.
- Use broad business and technical knowledge to address constraints, improve requirements, and support solution adoption.
- Drive architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization to improve production readiness, reduce failure points, and increase usage and consumption.
- Provide thought leadership during solution design, development, deployment, and implementation support.
- Stay current on Microsoft services, competitor offerings, and industry trends to help position Microsoft strengths effectively.
- Continuously learn new technologies, mentor junior colleagues, participate in learning programs, share knowledge across internal communities, and contribute to external technical events.
- Help create or improve reusable IP, best practices, and processes, and identify gaps that should be addressed through new guidance or assets.
Requirements
- Hands-on industry experience assessing complex, business-critical Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Apps and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on-premises environments against Microsoft best practices, and supporting customers through go-live and operational phases.
- Familiarity with tools commonly used to manage complex Dynamics 365 Apps online and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.
- Working knowledge of related Microsoft technologies such as SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Visual Studio, and .NET.
- Experience reviewing D365 Apps / Customer Engagement performance, supportability, infrastructure design, and customizations.
- Strong problem-solving ability and technical leadership skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English for business communication.
- Preferred: experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, project management, and Power Platform.
- Preferred: understanding of client/server models, networking, internet technologies, and n-tier solutions.
- The role will remain open for at least 5 days, and applications are reviewed continuously until filled.
- Equal opportunity employment applies to all qualified applicants in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Reasonable accommodation support is available for candidates who need it during the application process, including religious accommodation or disability-related accommodation.
