Business Intelligence / Datasphere & SAC Analyst

About the Role

This position is centered on supporting the evolution of data and analytics products built on SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Working under manager direction, you will help shape product direction, convert business needs into actionable technical inputs, and coordinate with multiple teams to keep delivery moving smoothly. The role sits within a global professional services environment focused on creating value through technology and business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap and broader vision for SAP Datasphere and SAC, while working under managerial guidance.
• Collect, organize, and document product needs and expectations from different stakeholders.
• Keep the product backlog updated and convert requirements into clear user stories for the engineering team.
• Assist development teams by helping coordinate activities and monitoring execution status.
• Join sprint-related meetings and support the collection and consolidation of feedback.
• Gather user input and carry out basic market research to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Monitor product performance indicators and prepare reports for review discussions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SAP technologies, especially SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Working knowledge of data management and analytics concepts.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a product delivery environment.
• Experience supporting backlog management, user stories, and sprint coordination is preferred.
• Capability to track metrics, summarize findings, and support reporting activities.

Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Location: Hyderabad, India.
