Job Summary
This role supports day-to-day administrative work, helps prepare reports, and contributes to coordination activities that keep office and project operations running efficiently within the construction sector.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine administrative duties that support office processes and project-related needs.
- Compile clear, accurate, and timely reports to help management make informed decisions.
- Maintain records through data entry and document handling using Microsoft Excel, Works, and PowerPoint.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to assist the team and meet project goals.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with particular emphasis on Excel, Works, and PowerPoint.
