What you will do

• Act as the main support contact for employee travel queries, guiding them from pre-trip planning through to resolving post-trip issues.
• Handle travel bookings end to end, including flights, trains, and hotel stays, while keeping company policies and traveler preferences in mind.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing the full booking process and related coordination work.
• Look for practical ways to reduce travel costs, such as booking early or using corporate deals, without lowering the travel experience for employees.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship and able to start between 1 July 2026 and 5 August 2026. A six-month commitment is required. Candidates should bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the work. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Compensation and perks

The stipend is INR 15,000 to 17,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, flexible working hours, a five-day work week, and an informal dress code.
