About the internship
This remote, part-time internship is focused on campus recruitment and ambassador outreach for a career development platform serving students from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges. What you will do
- Identify and contact potential Campus Ambassador candidates through colleges and social platforms.
- Spot students who can help promote the platform within their own campus communities.
- Run screening conversations with ambassador applicants and explain the opportunity clearly.
- Keep an updated tracker of outreach efforts, lead status, and conversion progress.
- Work with the core team to coordinate onboarding for selected ambassadors.
- Prepare outreach notes, follow-up messages, and onboarding communication.
Who can apply
Applications are open only to candidates who can work remotely, can begin between 22 Jun 2026 and 27 Jul 2026, and can commit to a 2-month internship. Applicants should have relevant interest and skills.
Eligibility and other requirements
- Current college students or 2026 pass-outs may apply.
- Preferred backgrounds include non-technical and non-medical streams such as BBA, BA, B.Com, Mass Communication, BSc, or similar programs.
- Students from technical or medical streams are also eligible if they plan to pursue an MBA or another management-related course for higher studies.
- A genuine interest in HR, marketing, or management is important.
- Strong comfort with both written and spoken English is expected.
- Candidates should be able to dedicate 3 to 4 hours per day.
- Applicants must be willing to independently reach out to people rather than waiting for inbound responses.
