Role Overview
This contract role is based in a warehouse in Brookvale, Sydney, and is suited to someone who can work four days each week for about 3 to 6 hours per day. The position combines packing, inventory handling, customer support, and quality-focused presentation work for garments and gifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack apparel carefully and consistently so customers receive a polished experience.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds through the company’s online system.
- Monitor the customer support inbox and reply to customer queries in a timely manner.
- Support stock receiving by unloading deliveries and arranging inventory in the warehouse.
- Keep stock records accurate by carrying out routine inventory checks and counts.
- Understand and follow quality control procedures.
- Prepare and package PR gifts with strong attention to detail and presentation.
