Visual Designer

About the Role

Pine Labs is hiring a Visual Designer to craft polished, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual assets across presentations, campaigns, proposals, banners, and videos. The role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn business and user needs into effective visual solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Create visually strong presentations, pitch decks, and proposals that support business goals.
• Design marketing creatives such as banners, posters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Build PowerPoint presentations with animations, embedded videos, and interactive elements.
• Edit and produce videos for marketing, product highlights, internal communications, and social channels.
• Develop branding, visual storytelling, and digital design elements across platforms.
• Design layouts and interfaces for web and mobile products when needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into clear and attractive designs.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color usage, branding, and overall visual quality.
• Keep up with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, HCI, or a related discipline, along with 2 years of relevant experience. Strong hands-on ability in Figma and Canva is expected, as well as a good understanding of UI/UX basics, layout, typography, and branding. Advanced PowerPoint skills are important, especially for animated decks, embedded media, and professional presentations. Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is also required.

Nice-to-Have Experience

Additional advantage will go to candidates familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Exposure to tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, or CapCut, along with motion graphics, animation, sound editing, and color grading, will be useful. Knowledge of design systems and digital marketing creatives is also a plus.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Maharashtra, India. The position is available for immediate joining. One opening is available.
