Visual Commercial (m/w/d)

About the Role

For the ZARA store in Pforzheim, we are looking for a full-time Visual Commercial to bring fashion trends to life directly on the shop floor. In this role, you connect products with people by turning collections into engaging in-store experiences and shaping the visual presentation of the store.

What You Will Do

• Translate current trends into appealing visual concepts within the store.
• Design and arrange product displays and sales areas so they attract attention and guide customers naturally through the space.
• Make each collection feel tangible and inspiring for shoppers.
• Observe fashion, store presentation, and street culture to understand how the floor is performing commercially.
• Work with the team to implement visual standards and support decisions related to presentation and merchandising.
• Contribute your own creative perspective to help bring the store to life.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands that strong product presentation can inspire customers and enjoys creating exactly that effect. You should be able to read the sales floor, respond to its commercial rhythm, and keep fashion, retail environments, and street culture in view. A collaborative mindset is important, as you will work closely with the team to apply visual criteria and support store presentation decisions.
