Role overview
This position is for a Virtual Relationship Manager / Telesales Executive working in B2B sales from Sector 44, Gurgaon. The role follows a 9-hour shift pattern and a 6-day work week.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out by phone to business customers, agents, and channel partners to present insurance solutions.
- Sell health, life, motor, general, and group insurance products in a consultative manner.
- Manage the full sales journey, including lead generation, follow-ups, and final policy conversion.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Develop long-term relationships with business partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
